SORBET MEETS SIDEWALK

SORBET MEETS SIDEWALK is on a 18 inch x 24 inch x 1.5 inch thick canvas. It has a High Gloss finish. It is Hand Numbered 1 of 1... This is a new type of pour, that I am working on. It starts with the background being painted a solid color, Pouring Medium / Floetrol is then spread evenly accross the canvas and then topped with an Wandering Open Cup Pour of the colors, and tilted, to create the layout. The Pouring Medium then dries and becomes clear, giving a real 3D effect on the canvas, since some of it is intertwined / layered between some of the paints. It also makes the negative space a bit more of an element in the painting. Thank you, for your interest! JP.
